We are here to help landlords, agents and property owners in Newcastle upon Tyne. You can come to us for FREE information and support about issues surrounding your properties and tenants.

Newcastle City Council offers the following free services to landlords:-

·   Tenant find service
·   Landlord advice service
·   Training and development sessions
·   Housing Benefit & Local Housing Allowance advice
·   Tenancy Management advice
·   Access to Free legal advice
·   Help to become accredited
