We have recently launched the Newcastle Housing Accreditation Scheme .  Landlords in Newcastle are signing up to show their professionalism by getting accredited. These landlords are providing safe, secure and well managed properties.  To find out more go to our property pages.

We are now holding brand new Private Rented Service drop in sessions across the City to make it easier for you to come and talk to us face to face.   We will continue to hold a drop in session everyday at the Civic Centre but have added 3 new venues for your convenience.
